Answer it correctly to upgrade to Silver, and then to Gold. Once a question reaches Gold, it is permanently removed from your deficiency list.

Go to Sector Data. The primary way to sync your data is by using the Cloud Sync Feature. Simply input your Operator ID (badge number, last name, unique username, etc) and click the respective buttons. Be sure to remember your username.
